Members of the Zeonic Federation, today is a great day for us! This is the day we pass the new HNA (Hostile Nations Act) we are now listed as a hostile nation, and will take all actions to destroy whichever nation decides to rival against us.

	Talents: Shield multi-purpose -- Shield can be used as a weapon, or assistant to a weapon. Advanced Range -- Ranged weapons chance to hit increases 15% (can't be dodged).
